Submitted Information
All information provided to Cozy Cottage Basket Co. remains with
us. We do not share information with other companies or individuals.
Your e-mail address, street and mailing address and all other information
you provide us (including the recipients information) remains secure
with Cozy Cottage.
Credit Card Information
All credit card transactions are processed in real time. Your information
is received by our secure E-Commerce web server, using the latest
encryption technology and methods. Once your order has been processed,
all credit card information is deleted.
Regular Mail and Email
We love to keep in touch with our customers! We send mailings to
our customers 1-2 times per year to advise of new products and specials.
If you do not wish to receive mail from us, please let us know and
we'll be happy to remove your mailing address from our database.
Return Policy
We at Cozy Cottage Basket Co. want all of our customers, and the
gift recipients to be 100% satisfied with their gifts! If for any
reason you are unhappy with your gifts, please call or email us
directly so that we can resolve any issue promptly. We will gladly
refund your purchase including all shipping costs incurred but do
require you to send the basket back to us, so that we may inspect
it. If the box looks like it has been opened or if the exterior
has been damaged in any way, let us know so that we can start a
claim with the carrier. If there is a product that is damaged during
shipping, this can be replaced, but we may at our discretion ask
to have it returned for inspection.
In order to credit you back the return shipping costs, we will
need a copy of your shipping receipt. We prefer that you send the
parcels back insured via parcel post. Once the basket is returned
to us and we have your shipping receipt, your credit card will be
credited for the basket and shipping charges incurred.
If a basket is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided
by you, we can re-ship the basket to the recipient at an additional
freight cost, or ship the basket to you at an additional freight
cost. If you wish to cancel the basket you will be responsible for
the freight costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Please ensure your
recipients address is correct.
Occasionally we need to substitute products due to availability,
we always substitute with a like item of the same value or higher.

Gourmet Baskets for the United States
Unfortunately, due to the requirements from the Food & Drug
Administration, Cozy Cottage Basket Co. is unable to ship any
Gourmet Baskets to the United States. Although, we are still
able to send Bath and Body basket across the border.
